Heidi Blair Pratt is an American media personality and singer. She came to prominence with her starring role on the MTV reality series The Hills from 2006 to 2010… and she is addicted to plastic surgeries. LOL

The concept of beauty differs from one culture to another. Even people of the same culture have differing thoughts on what makes a person beautiful. After 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day Heidi thinks she’s perfect now!!!(the concept of beauty is a matter of personal preference)
